How Do I Join?

1) Fill out our application form (.pdf)

2) Pay Application Fees (Total initiation fee: $100.00)

  • Federation initiation fee of $65.00 (this will be waived if you are a Youth membership applicant, or an applicant who is a Federation member in good standing)
  • Local initiation fee of $35.00(this will be waived if you are a Youth membership applicant)

3) Pay Membership Dues (applicants must join for a minimum period of one calendar quarter of a year.)

Quarterly dues $37.50

Total of regular application fees and one quarter dues = $137.50
